2 Nekroz of Brionac (you can play 1 Valk/1 Brio. I am personally not a fan of Valk)
3 Manju
3 Nekroz Mirror
3 Nekroz Cycle

1 Dark Rebellion

Except for Neos Knight and Brave Neos it doesnt matter whats in there.
So Nekroz Problem is that they need to many resources to keep summoning after like The first 1-2 ritual summons. They also Have pretty mediocre turn 1 boards. Neos actually fixes most of that. Its an alright turn 1 Beatstick with decent protection. But The real deal is The grave setup. Dump Shurits to banish with Mirror, dump Brionac OR Trishula to summon with Cycle. Suddenly your 3 card combos need less setup. You also Have more material to trigger The grave effects of your spells if you lost your board. While you cant summon any ritual The turn you dump with neos fusion its usually enough protection to survive a turn. And if you manage a Gungir before your turn 1 is really solid. On The following turn allows easier summoning of your rituals. Also Manju + Neos is game, doesnt come up often but nice to Have. Suddenly from 6 starters you went to 9 + more set up, for The cost of only playing 1-2 bricks. Also better setup makes Trish alot easier to summon, and if you get that effect well you probably won by that point. Gungnir is still The best nekroz with really good protection from Hand and Interruption on field, I did test 1 Trish and 3 Gung but The 2/2 split worked best for me)
The deck still struggles against heavy backrow or stuff that easily puts 3K monsters on board like Blue Eyes. But this is by far The most fun/viable version of Nekroz I Have tested until now. Its atleast The most funny version of Nekroz in my opinion

I love this deck so much. I have a different version using some dangers as a draw engine. The only thing I have yet to find is good protection for Relinquished. This format has so many field wipes I just struggle to keep it on the field.
I've played a relinquished deck for two seasons and only got to plat 3 (and quickly dropped back down to plat5).
Definitely not the strongest deck but still very satisfying and fun to play.
One of the ways I keep the millennium eyes restrict on board is with illusionist faceless magician, who can be special summoned from hand/grave when relinquished and its fusion monsters are destroyed, and special summon them when the magician leaves the field to the graveyard (each effect once per turn). It can be a search target for sangan.
Linkuriboh is also a way to protect it from being destroyed by battle before it started to grab stuff as equipment.

Just made a Relinquished deck the other day, isn’t perfect but it’s super fun and trollish just straight yonke other player’s monsters. Might try some of the cards you’re using to make the deck a little more consistent.

I've been considering experimenting with drytron relinquished. Drytrons seems like a more explosive and cheaper combo than tour guide + sangan and they also synergize by being level one. What are your thoughts on this?

Having some backrow removals in the forms of Paleozoic Olenoides, Lightning Storm, and even MST. Alternatively, putting in cards like Red Reboot or Solemn Judgment can help
