Not gonna lie, if I was stuck in a mental ward for 20+ years with no contact, even after I died still being there, I’d want to make new friends. I’d imagine it’d be lonely. After all, most people admitted to mental wards are regular people with some oddity. This lead them to being stuck there for life when they could be treated with a simple pill. Sad really. RIP to all those who were falsely admitted and to those who were admitted in general.
So yeah, I agree, it’s oddly wholesome that James (the spirit) was just trying to make some friends.

We know that children were scared and the women comforted them. In Eddies video, he described it as "a mother's touch". So when Eddie felt someone touching his head and since he was afraid, the woman may have tried comforting him. That's my theory and I think it's really wholesome :))

I had finally just watched this. I just realized that James, who they were likely talking to through the spirit box, started off by saying Josh like he immediately felt comfort towards him. He said Josh again as they were leaving, and it did sound like a shout. He wanted Josh to go back: it's like he immediately knew that Josh was comforting and didn't wanna lose that that quickly. I will say I would do the EXACT thing like Eddie bc I’m not very familiar with the paranormal stuff that’s going on. And by far I think I like how they tried to communicate with James being all wholesome :))

Edit: I do wanna mention the talk with James. In Eddie’s newest video about why he left the asylum, while he was talking about James, he mentioned the mens ward and how James used to be in the mens ward until it seems like something bad happened to him while he was in the mens ward so he was moved to the womens ward for him to be more comforting. And that’s why they found James in the womens ward. It’s kinda wholesome and terrifying that James was kinda calling out to josh to try and keep him to stay. Maybe in a sense of either wanting him to stay because James was scared. Or in a way he was treated with abuse maybe. Who knows, either way. My heart goes out to James.

If you guys ever do another paranormal video u guys should do something called the Estes method, basically where u’ll get noise canceling headphones connect it to the spirit box, choose one of the boys to go under (basically just put the headphones on, calming ur mind and being open to a conversation with the paranormal, almost like a conduit ) and have one of the other boys ask questions, then have the person wearing the headphones repeat whatever words they hear clearly so u can get more clear and on topic answers, I really enjoy the videos u guys do in person, keep it up boys🫶🏼😌

Your not wrong specially with this type of location spirits will typically be more curious with visitors and be more interactive with them if they are treated with respect . I think just how they all acted is a well given reason they caught evidence specially James in the window,shadow in the room that Mully caught and at the end a black pair of legs and feet walking through the hall during spirit box

Ghost an spirits are real . I’ve seen some unexplained things in my life to this day has me scared shitless and makes me not wanting to think about it. The only thing that scares me, is that every single room has had a thud, motion, physical touch, or anything. I also did some research on how the spirit 'James' has been shown as a nice spirit, it doesn't show very much unless you are bringing a bubbly, warm and happy welcome. It will not show itself to you if you aren't pleasant with it. It has interacted with you (Boys) because you were warm and welcome. Even more research is that about the children you talked about, the reason they didn't really show themselves that much as James or the Women is that they seem to be shy, they showed themselves only a little bit because they aren't usual around adults, one of the only Adult they are Usual around is the medin. (The women that took care of the children)

No color, no face, no skin no colored hands, they are literally only a silhouette, nothing more.
