2 ) Go - File manager - Usb 0 - Dashlaunch - installer - default.xex
3 ) Press RB 2X
4) System Info
5) GPU Fan Speed Overeide 80
6) Save config

Awesome. Thank you. I set my target temps closer to the 50 range. You can hear the fan, but its not very loud. Should keep the chip healthy over the long run.
