Nice video friend! A question! How much should you tighten at the end? Or only until the tool stops with the bel housing?

Thanks for taking the time to make this video but im cringing watching this seal go in as it appears one of your pilot studs must be longer than the other two as the nuts are not being drawn evenly but with enough pressure it seats straight and im only hear because i had a clutch installed and now the rear seal is gushing oil and the reapair shop say its not there fault u drive them into the dealer and u toe them back out after u pay the bill.

Does the engine have to come out to replace that seal?

Nope, just got to pull trans, clutch and flywheel.

But be ready to damage the hell outta your maintenance account. Might as well get new engine mounts, flyweel resurfaced, transmission input shaft replaced along with fluid change and carrier bearing replaced. All is not necessary but if you can afford it do it.
