Noel, the previous person might be correct in saying that Ms Cornwall might have a UTI (urinary tract infection) This might be the reason she keeps getting a sensation of wanting to urinate often but no urine or just small amount coming frequently. Also this could be the reason she feels this cramping in her belly. You need to get her to see a doctor who can dertermine that and give her some meds. Miss Merle needs to ensure that she gets as much water as possible.
