Incredible content! Loved every moment! 😄
Thanks for sharing ❤❤
Beautiful nicely done 🤩🤩🤩🤩
what would be the dried organic powder equivalent measure of the ginger & turmeric please!? i.e 1 teaspoon of each equate to 150gm of each fresh?
How big are your shot bottles and how about a link to them.
Nice one❤
If you put them in the fridge how long do they last?
Healthy for sure. Is there anything negative with blending the root bark in with the process? If it's store bought could come in contact with bacteria.
Can this be freeze and how to maintain the good taste?
Thank you for sharing
how long does it keep?
Hallelujah!
Hello friends EatWell, thanks to your friend's juice processing video, I have fun and gain strength. You are the best.
Thank you so much ❤️
Thanks for sharing...
My pleasure. Thank you for watching!❤️
For how long we can store it in freeze?
I have turmeric extract. How much should i use instead of 150gr of fresh?
Can we drink this every day? There is any recommendation?
When I saw the bottles, I klicked and wanted to make it "immediately", untill I had to see the squeezing!!! Looks good though! I'm gonna pass my fresh turmeric into a juicer and squeeze the citrus appart, perhaps with celery and apples!!! What do you think?
Mānuka Honey from AotearoaNZ - Super ingredients, Awesome!! Thank you, Enjoy a Blessed Magickal week 😊🍊🍋🫚🍯...🌞
So is it ok to juice these items or is blending recommended over juicing?
Let me know how and when to have this drink?
Immediately!
Will any local honey work?
You should add a little oil for absorption
Would you add black pepper to significantly increase turmeric/curcumin absorption?
Better still ferment it .
Absolutely
I did, and added cayenne cause two of us are dealing with a respiratory infection, and it’s working breaking up that phlegm…at least for me
How to store and how long we can store???
Does it need a food processor or can we use a blender?
How many bottles you got out of this batch? All 10?
How mny shot a day
Walking on the sidewalk sing lalala!
Can we pour this in ice cube trays and freeze it, to last longer. Then take out two to three cubes for a hot cup of tea?
That sounds like a plan to me. Thanks.
The heat will take away the properties of the honey. Also the freezing/defrosting also takes away some nutrients.
How many ML a day for shot?
How many times a day you have to take??
How long u can keepin d fridge , thx for sharing
It can last up to 4 days in the fridge. Thanks for watching 🙏
How would you make this last in a pantry for a year? Thanks!! ❤
Vacuum seal a sterile glass jar.
Great video question how long will it stay fresh in the refrigerator after juicing thanks
It best to keep for 3-4 days it the fridge.
Hi there! I do Ginger and Tumeric tea almost everyday, but I'm begining to like these shots. How many shots should be consume per day? So I could start preparing the recipe, Thanks! God be you😊
Best to take one shot per day in the morning. Thank you for watching, and God bless you too!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Skąd takie buteleczki?😮
I just made this. Omg so good. I have arthritis in my thumb. Hie often can i drink this?
You can take 1 or as much as 3 daily
What are the measurements for these and how long do they last?
The measurements are in the description and in the video. Can last up to 4 days in the fridge. Thanks for watching 🙏🙏
I have large amounts of ginger and tumeric how can I make last longer 2- 3 months at least@@EatWellKitchen
Is it okay to blend the oranges and lemons with the seeds in them? Or should you remove?
You shall not blend anymore seeds . Just take turmeric and ginger ,cituses and over. There is no seeds in the juice.
Didn't say the dose. Can we drink a whole bottle in one setting?
I make this also but with oil not oranges just lemons
Why peal the lemons and orange
Should we add some type of fat for the tumeric? Coconut oil, olive, acacado oil etc?
Coconut and or virgon olive are good
How long can you store them without losing its potency?
You're more likely to lose your potency before it does. 😋
hi i thought Turmeric was not soluable in water ?
Where I buy cool little glass bottles
Amazon
How much to use of each ingredient.
The ingredients and quantity are in the video and description. Thank you for watching 🙏
Until you get there!
Sad that turmeric tastes so bad, my garden is full of it ☀️☀️☀️
You can prep and sell it
We're not supposed to eat ginger peel??
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
can i use pineapple instead?
Yes
Can I do this in a vita-mix blender? Thank you
Yes you can.
Can you suggest ways to minimize the powerful taste of the ginger and turmeric?
I guess you might want to slightly reduce the quantity of ginger/turmeric used or add a little more oranges. Thanks so much for watching.
@@EatWellKitchen
Stevia.
A little more honey
@@lynnethievin4827 Baileys Irish Cream ! ! !
For hoe long should I drink it ?
Best to take first thing in the morning & can be taken daily for as long as you want. Thank you for watching❤️
What is the amount that should be taken each morning
2 ounces or what? Please advise
Get Up!
Put some pepper in it and instead of water use green tea
I dont peel the lemons or strain it after, just drink it all!
Lemon peel is the healthy part of the fruit..!
Is it really thick if you don’t strain it? Or is it stringy from the ginger?
@@daizyduke12 it is quite thick when you drink it that way, and with the ginger ii slice it very thin so it breaks up beter. I'll add water to the whole thing so it goes down easier
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Why are you not including the pulp
Why not juice the citrusses with a citrus juicer, and the ginger and turmeric into a juicer! Why all the "fuzz" of peeling them!!!
One ingredient missing, black pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric.
Everybody but me!
They want $3.50 a shot for these at the shop and there not as good as these. I would do a fat with the shot for the turmeric. The honey i would but in later in warm water after strained.
How to drink it .
Really ??? Put the shot bottle to your lips and swallow.
Excuses Don't Get You A Blessing!
Put the entire lemon and orange in.
How to drink...
Before breakfast or
Empty stomach? Pls reply
Best to take before breakfast. Thanks for watching 🙏
Pick Up Your Mat!

Ok first of all, no point in peeling the lemon or orange. I'm just cutting off the thickest parts of the rind, the nipple basically. Second, no point in completely peeling the ginger or turmeric. I do the best I can, but it's definitely not as pretty as the ones in the video. Next time I'm going to use a veggie scrubber and be done with it. Looks like you are using a Blendtec. I have a Vitamix. Either way, a high end blender will simply puree all this without needing to cut off so much valuable nutrient. Yay, for a great blender. Just put it all in the Vitamix or Blendtec and puree it. If the taste is too strong add more honey or other sweetener. I end up adding more water or tea to mine when I drink it. I keep thinking this whole thing would be great with pumpkin served hot!! The biggest problem is it stains my Vitamix, my white counters, my white fingernails, and every other thing in my kitchen!!
Thanks for the feedback. Yes the turmeric stains the blender but the stain fades away over time. Thanks for watching 🙏
My boss uses a glass blender not her vitamix, it is easy to clean.
My boss uses turmeric, ginger and tamarind paste, not orange.
Half the video, wasted in showing peeling and chopping. What a waste.
STAY AWAY FROM HONEY...if you have sugar problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Garbage, Red Bull Win
Just peel the oranges and lemons!! The white pithy stuff on the outside of each, is VERY Beneficial to your health!! Don't know if I want to accept health advice from someone who doesn't already know this!! Also make sure that you WASH all the items in this video as well as make sure they are Organic to start with!! The more I watch, the less interested I become!!
Well then make your own video.
Who pissed in your cheerios?
How rude! But I am glad you’re so healthy and so superior to everyone else. 😮
It's a somewhat healthy recipe. I tend to think there is a better way to comment. Kindness, and offering suggestions is better if you are serious about helping yourself, and others.
White pithy stuff is bitter as hell. No matter what you do with it
Hallelujah!
