Good evening! I also suffer from low iron - so much so, in fact, that I had to have iron infusions via IV at an oncologist’s office. Several natural ways I found to increase my iron is to cook EVERYthing in a cast iron pot or pan, use sea salt or Himalayan salt instead of table salt and to increase your vitamin C which helps to absorb Iron. I love it. My hair is like that and I always have to cut it because when it goes out it gets weak and break off. I can’t wear braids because my hair is so soft. I went ahead and put a few scalp braids in and when I took them out my hair came out too. So back to a short cut
It’s a constant battle and even more of a fight after pregnancy. Our symptoms have their own language so I listen to what they tell me and I pay attention to patterns. I know my hair is most brittle around my menstrual cycle because my iron drops even lower at that time. So I do my best to manipulate my hair less when that time comes. I take a probiotic as well to help anchor my hair. I pray you find a resolve!

Love your personality and your hair I too deal with thinning in the top and I’ve recently been very interested in crochet I did it on my hair for the first time this weekend but it didn’t go so well my problem was the braiding because my hair is thin and also the hair I’m going to try the curlkalon since you say it’s a great product so can you give me some pointers on how to braid my thin hair I have a tapered cut if that will help and Thank you in advance
