Crazy how I stayed in wicker park ONCE back in 2018/2019 and absolutely fell in love with it and Chicago and was like wow, I’m gonna live here one day. 3 years later now I’m finding out it’s ranked as like one of the best places to live and will probably be forever out of my price range 😭😂 oh well

Not yet guys. Had some set backs and moved out to Florida for a couple years. I prob wont want this spot when I move back but certainly something similar.

The washer/dryer in the kitchen is a NO for me. I just can’t imagine the washer or the dryer rumbling throughout the kitchen and living room. Give it a separate space for that away from the kitchen and the main entertainment room.
It’s not like you’re going to be doing laundry 24/7.
