Yep, I could relate. Our bathroom was blue and my mom glued different-sized seashells to the ceiling.
Here's a hack for some of your DIYs. For a sturdier glue job than hot glue, use SuperGlue and sprinkle some Baking Soda on it. It'll harden instantly and be solid as a rock. It's good as a solid filler for chipped things, and for connecting things that don't fit together well.

I love Dollar Tree haul videos. I make a list from all of them and go on the hunt. It's like scavenger game, my stores get them eventually. And my husband takes me on road trips and we stop at all the DT's that we find along the way.😁

Bethany, I would just like to let you know that I loved your video. I like the way that you show different items and you make crafts with which was very pretty. I did ask the manager of the store one day about the items that they get in store and he said they do not order anything. They do not know what they are getting until they get it off the truck and unload it and put it on the floor, yes I do agree that every store should get all the items that are viewed in the videos but that is not the way it is. We just have to go and be lucky in what we find. It is not even the managers fault of the store because like he said they do not order nothing, they just wait to see what they get. Keep up the good work. You’re doing a great job. I enjoy watching you very much. ❤️

I love the seahorse! Those things are so fabulous. I saw a real seahorse in an aquarium in a fish store/pet shop one time and it was mesmerizing. I knew there really were seahorses but had never actually seen one for real until that day in the fish store where they had a lot of saltwater aquariums, and they were amazing!
I think the seahorses would look nice with Rub N Buff on them!

I saw something it was a generic electronic and home turntable....similar but not with a container it was flat.... I used it under my microwave a had one for my TV it holds some pretty heavy stuff...I also used it for a food plate.

I’m going to Dollar Tree tomorrow and have a list of fun stuff. When I saw those plastic boxes with the individual rounds, I thought the same as you, that’s great for my fake sprinkles. I’ll also get a few for my daughter for her jewelry she makes.
Bethany my fave items are the glow & sepeate star balloon(s), the zipper organizers, mirror picture frames, bridal hair clips, clear jars.
The balloon towers and light up balloons are so fun for birthdays or any type of party. The champagne bubbles are a nice idea. The gummy bear jewelry is sweet girls 💜 Lots of good stuff at the DT.

Thanks for all the great ideas Bethany. The disco cups would be great for a dance party. I saw them at 5Below&Beyond. They were NOT $1.25! I love the candle stacking idea. The bottle stacking item is great. I bought 6 when I saw them here in NJ (At only 1 store out of MANY I frequent). Should have gotten more because they disappeared quickly. Never showed up at any other DT stores.

Great finds & diys, Bethany! Those iridescent glasses have gone viral! What's crazy is I saw them about 3 weeks ago. I put 3 in my cart, and then I said to myself, "Nah, I'll get them later!" Now I can't find them anywhere!!! I knew better! LOL
I graduated 1987! Those lighted balloons are neat! They are so pretty!😊 Someone showed those disco ball cups about 2 weeks ago. I have looked in every DT, and I have had no luck finding them.😞 I am throwing my best friend her 50th, 70's theme birthday party, so those would be great!
A little to to try, those clear balloons that come with the lights, you can buy those and make a cute with ribbon and charms, just like the ones they sell for way more at Disney or the amusement park

I just got back from a trip and I used the travel bottles works great! Keeps everything together, no spills, and it was enough for the trip. TSA was a little confused but I just explained that they were individual bottles

That was funny about decorating your bathroom in a beach theme 'cause you grew up poor and didn't go to the beach. My powder room is actually decorated in a beach theme because I grew up relatively close to the beach in NJ,but now we're in GA and the closest beach is hours away. 😆 I'm definitely going to look for those seahorses. 👍🏾❤️😂
