I think to learn speaking is not herculean task .moreover keep talking with other without any break make your task so easy even though you do not realise that when you become so comfort at this .esteem is in your hand and never do such thing so that it got into other hand .

You are repeating some mistake each day dear. Figure that out and stop those mistakes. Always start with reading listening and copying everything that you hear or read
