There is currently a bug in the sims 4 where plants will revert to the dirt pile stage seemingly randomly. I believe little miss sam has a mod that helps with it on curse forge.

@@misslauranichole11 Technically just a shift-click on a plant and using the Set Gardening State should be all that's needed. I don't think MCCC is even needed for this. The mod, however, keeps the plants from changing life stage when they shouldn't be.
If you put the plant dirt piles in your inventory and then re-plant them, they should be restored to the state they were in before they reverted to dirt.

When you click on water all, the sim will water all of the plants in the area, so you do not have to click on each one. Also, under selling harvestables, there are two selling options, one is just for the fruit on that one tree or plant (which is a smaller number), the other one is sell all, which has a bigger number because it Automatically adds up the total of all the fruit and plants on the lot so you can sell them all at once, that is why it says sell all. To sum up if you click on a plant and the option has the word "all" in it, it is pertaining to all of the plants in that area. Hope this helps.
I really like the infant stage. But they have got to take away the check infants action or at the very least fix it so they aren't checking them unless their needs are red or yellow. Even mods I've found only increase time between checks, not eliminate them. I'm not sure why if there's some technical reason that it seems impossible.

The plants going back to soil is actually not supposed to happen and has been an issue for a while. There is a mod that fixes it, but it doesn't fix all of them, only some. Still, I find it helpful when I'm gardening in the sims! :)
The seeds or harvest when a plant resets, goes into the household inventory in build mode.
This is what gardening is like in real life. I plant veggies with my dad and they never work out so it really is “what the fuck why did this happen”
Just remember you di not have to buy a bassinet to have a baby, if wait while your sim is in labour on your lot, in the last 10 mins you will get a free one from social services (it will magically appear). So sell your bassinet every time a baby ages up (free money).
for the greenhouse you should break the floor so you can plant things in the ground ! :) i hope that helps
You have MCCC you can right click the trees and click growth and mature. The gardening glitch that has been restarting the plants is really annoying!
They still have to fix the gardening bugs in the game. Hopefully it will be included in the next patch.

My plants bug out and revert to planted state too. The fix that works for me is going into build and buy, then use the delete tool to delete the plant and then immediately hit undo. It should instantly reappear just as it was before the bug.
I love your videos so much. I just wanted to offer some advice with gardening. I’m pretty sure it’s the roof that’s causing ur in door trees to go back to dirt piles. With fertilizer the main factor is the price of the item. This might be dated info but last I read if the item (for me usually a fish) is worth over $50 is the best anything below that is kind of whatever. I hope this helps keep up the good work ur video absolutely make my day.
You can fix the plants by shift clicking on them and setting the growth stage to mature or blossoming. It won't give you back the harvest though so always harvest first.
Shift clicking in this instance is not cheating cos it's just fixing a glitch that EA haven't bothered to fix.
I agree. I don't like infants at all. All we asked for was for the babies to be not tethered to the damn bassinet.. we got another whole life state that I completely skip and age my baby up into toddler asap. It's BS.

Cottage living has a nice method of helping sims garden - you can make life so much easier by placing a bunny stump and bird stump (before you move any sims in as they need to be unlocked by the sim usually), befriending them and asking for gardening help, the birds remove bugs and the bunnies deweed! I dont know whether it works in greenhouses though. Sims i play who have growing gardens tend to be rich and usually also have a scheduled gardener haha

Your funny. I love your videos. You should put all the money trees in the green house because they will always reset when the seasons change and then it will have to grow in the greenhouse.

There's a way around the fact the game doesn't let you harvest Money Fruit. If you pick up a Money Tree in Build Mode while it has fruit on it and send it to your Household Inventory, it will deposit all the fruit there as well. Then you can plant them each as their own tree instead of cutting and grafting. You can wind up with half a dozen full Money Trees after a single "harvest" (the original tree and 5 fruits). At Perfect Quality, each tree will produce just over 22,000 per day. If you want to make them Perfect immediately before planting them, you can do so via the debug pie menu. Shift+Click the fruit while it's on the ground, select Set Gardening Quality, and select Perfect.

Money tree is a base game item. You get it from spending Satisfaction Points :)
Money tree came with seasons I believe and it costs about 5k satisfaction points
