if he didn't shave, his skincare routine products are just basically facial foam and a sheet mask to which he doesn't even have to do everyday but he still manages to have good skin

Cleansing your nose daily especially during the pandemic is very healthy. It removes all particles (mask fibers too) and avoid nasal infections. I have a similar cleanser as he does.
