Oil - 1/4 cup ( 60 ml )
Milk - 1/2 cup + 1/4 Cup (120 ml + 60 ml )
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup ( 100 gm)
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1 Cup ( 150 gm )
Cocoa Powder - 3 Tbsp (25 gm)
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
For Chocolate Cream :
Cream - 1 Cup (250 ml)
For Chocolate Ganache :
Chocolate - 150 gm
Cream - 3/4 cup (100 ml)

dear rajni ji, initially i used 1/2 cup milk with vinegar to make butter milk, later while making batter i used 1/4 cup milk more to adjust consistency 😊
