How to use the AFM Modigliani and Miller formula

From the September 2024 exam session onwards, the AFM formula sheet has been amended to include a rearranged version of the proposition 2 formula. This video will explain when you should and should not use the proposition 2 formula and then how to use it in a spreadsheet.

Great, the New formula is much easier to use in a spreadsheet as compared to the older one. Older formula is the key weakness in the exam of many students also it will be tough to calculate the Ke using the old formula.
