Since the beginning off february 2021 this year I met with all my deepest respect Thay on you tube. My live.. my emoties.. my insight..my suffering.. every thing changed so quickly. I am here with tears of joy listening learning breathing and so on. Mindfullnes is my path. So So grateful!!!! đ
