Pride, heartbreak after Edmonton Oilers lose Stanley Cup Final

- Hope turned into heartbreak in Edmonton Monday night, after the Oilers' historic comeback fell short against the Florida Panthers in the 2024 Stanley Cup Final.
Had the Oilers won Game 7, it would have been the first time since 1942 that a team won the Stanley Cup after losing the first three games of the final series.
But as Global’s Jeff Semple reports, while the NHL Cup is staying south of the border for another year, there are still reasons for Canadians to celebrate.
