- This make over is a special one so I wanted to surprised the homeowner with a little extra special things. I put a post asking if anyone needed a yard makeover before the holidays and about 10 people tagged this wonderful lady with a heart of gold... So I got in contacted with her and set up a day that I can give her yard a makeover for free.... TODAYS THE DAY.. a Nieghbor walking recognized me from CZcams while we were making over this yard so we chatted for a bit and AP Surprised her with a bladez hat! This video was so fun to film and edit....Thanks for watching.. love y'all!!

Hi, AL and AP. I'm sitting beside my fireplace, looking out my window at about 9 inches of snow and ice, watching you make this woman's lawn look beautiful. That back fence growth was on another level! 😉 I love that you added so color to her garden as well. And how cool is that, to be recognized by a lady walking by! And the kind gesture of giving her a hat, she will probably be talking about that for a long time, way to go, my guy!

You two just make me happy! My husband was injured at work and is now disabled. One year someone plowed snow from my driveway. I never found out who did it. I loved mowing my lawn. Now I love watching you! God bless you! By the way my cousin and her husband lived in Ft. Pierce for thirty years! They then moved to The Villages. Now they aren’t with us anymore, but the memories I have of them is wonderful, especially of visits in Ft. Pierce with them, going out on their boat, water skiing. I don’t remember seeing any over-grown lawns back then! You are doing a great job! I love your channel!

It would be cool to see one of these days a yard like these get a full makeover. Nicely manicured cut, trim, and edging. I know their free and you just want to get in and out, but that would be cool to see one day. Show off your full skills.
@Mck Idyl yes, it would be quite a bit more work and might even require a trash and debris removal plan. But it would be awesome to see a display of their full skills. Many of these jobs are quick and they sometimes don't even move trash cans and other things to cut under and around them. That's not to say that the people who get this work done for free are not appreciative. It's just me being picky as a subscriber. Lol
@@rlucerin28 I feel ya stance, but as they do this only 1 day a week on top of their booked schedule/routine...only so much he can handle unless he spends a couple weeks on the same place. Sure he enjoys some time off on this day once he blesses someone else's day+
@@souglas yes, that's true. It's just wishful thinking of course. I know it would take more resources than they may be willing to use being that it's a free service.
They do all that work. You can see it in videos with concrete driveways and sidewalks. Al even uses a shovel after he edges. And finishes up with a blower. They could do my yard any day and I would pay them and thank them. I would consider myself blessed.

Great work again! Just a little plant hint. Yellow, blue/purple and pink flowers enhance eachothers vibrance and attract more bees( experience, not science fact.) And bees are good in keeping flowers flowering longer and cross polinating other plants and trees.

Nice house, has a Scandinavian touch with the blue color. The property is actually good too. You've had worse. You did a good job. But the best thing was that you planted the flowers. I think the lady was very happy about your work and of course the flowers.
