Nice to see a few more orthodox unblended teas from Davids Tea. This company is introducing so many in North America to tea & tea culture. Back in the day I walked through a teavana shop and left with some decent Gyokuro and Tie Guan Tin. They provided water temp and brewing instructions resulting in an eye opening experience.

Absolutely! People who are really into tea sometimes look down on larger companies, but they are the first experience with loose leaf tea for so many.

So glad to see some more focus on traditional single origin teas over at davidstea. I really wish they wouldn't use milk flavouring in their milk oolong. Jin xuan is such a fantastic natural cultivar they they could really champion if they didn't cut corners

I settle agree with you on the milk oolong. It's difficult though, because consumers hear the name and expect a more intense taste. I ran into that when I worked there. They had flavored and unflavored versions, but most folks took the flavored because it smelled better.
