Someone just gave us a restored classic car!!!

- A few weeks ago we had a some visitors stop into the shop from Ontario who said they had a partially restored classic car that they would like to donate to us. We decided to stop in and check it out while we're in town visiting Colton (who is unfortunately in the hospital due to a dirt bike accident)

Two genuine really nice people, salt of the earth.
Good to hear your son is going to make it. The human body was not design to be used as a brake medium. From obsevation of a few folks I know he's going to ache for a long time. Eventually it will heal and stop giving him grief. Wow, a free '39 to go with your '38. How cool is that!! I think you may soon have to start planning an addition for the museum. There is a foldaway roof Ford in Brockville Ontario the only one I've seen up close and personal. Rare and intriguing ride. Those quilts were gorgeous, and what I think was a very fair price.
My prayers are still with your son. I wish I could get down and do 50 push uos for him but dealing with a bad hip at the moment. Please keep us updated on his condition and recovery brother!!

That 59 Ford Fairlane is absolutely gorgeous. Rare to find such an original car. Very nice. So glad to hear you son is doing better. Many thoughts and prayers are sent his way for a speedy recovery. Jolene is doing a great job with the camera. Thanks for taking us along on your road trip. Love seeing these old cars. Keep up the great work.

Turn him on to VGG because he sells a clearcoat that anyone can do at home and it's made for old cars. It's amazing how easy it is to do.

There were flatback Chev sedans made from 1936 to 194. This is what I found with a quick research. They were rarer.

Chad will single handily make chopping a car not cool again. Sad to see all these cars get chopped. He will chop it because that’s about all he can do. He’s no engine guy, not an interior guy so it’s all he has in the tank.

A friend here in Australia has a 1947 Nash Sedan with a V8 fitted.
bad chad. they did make a flat back only 68 were built very rare I believe only made from 1935 to 39 I had a 36 nice car

His friend Gene Winfield is still building cars in his 90s. No reason Chad couldn't follow in his footsteps.

As a off-roader myself for over 40 years I've had some times I wondered about if I was going to make it or not and I did would I do to it all over hell yeah. You only live Once you have enjoy it. May God watch over protect and heal.

My parents had a green ‘39 in Australia when I was a kid in the 50’s.
My best memory of it was three of us kids hiding under a blanket on the rear floor to get into the drive-in.

Chad, yes they did produce a non trunk version and it was a two door deluxe, no hump.
90 days after big fix on my 79,it is def.more strait and pretty,all the chrome fits back on too,that sure is a nice fixer
