It's a shame I can't read hindi because I can't follow the spices put in. I know the first spice was tumeric powder. Could someone please tell me what the other spice was?

Cumin and coriander powder
Red chilly powder

Ginger garlic and chillies, dnt use mixer, she used mortal and pestal
Then for masala
Turmeric
Coriander and cumin powder
And at last instead of garam masala she used chicken masala.
There is no red chilli powder or garam masala.
