Seaweed solution is not a fertiliser because it does not have NPK elements. I doubt the potentcy of compost tea. Liquid fertiliser is mainly applied to leaves for rapid absorption. What leaves need most is nitrogen. Chicken poo tea and fish emulsion are far more nitrogen rich. When I grow sweet potato leaves for stir frying, I would bias on using chicken manure. But if I want to harvest sweet potato, I would use more potash. Some say rice wash is good for plant grow. Rice wash is not a fertiliser. but it attracts IMOs as you have mentioned. So pour it straight from rice washing to the soil and be absorbed will not attract much IMO, from open air, to cultivate the soil. Best to leave rice wash in open for a few days, until IMOs gether and build up suds on surface, before use.
