I laugh out loud everytime Chef tastes his food and tries to talk at the same time! (It's not disgusting, it's hilarious!) This side was so good he even double dipped when test tasting it and that was a first! 😁 I live for Chef's videos and Jack's comments!

This from a man that has never eaten any sweet potatoes I've cooked over the last 41 years! Of course, my husband said he never would have thought to add these ingredients to sweet potatoes, only chef JP would! They are super delicious, and my husband has now eaten 2 of your recipes for sweet potatoes, in the last month...AMAZING!!!! Thank you for sharing your pure joy in the kitchen with us. Chef!!! I appreciate your plethora of videos online. The husband brought home scallops from Pensacola. And I made your appetizer, thank you! I used Brie instead of the Swiss. No alcohol... so I used just a bit of chicken base. We grind our grains for flours, so I make a wonderful roux. I used soft organic wheat for this roux. As I watched you add the milk, I learned to go slowly and stir continuously. We loved them and this will be a dish that we will enjoy forever!!! Thank you!!!

I use maple syrup brown sugar lots of butter, salt n pepper.
