i’ve seen poppy live multiple times and her screams are so much better than this😭 i wonder if she’s trying to fit the genre better or if she’s just nervous to perform for another’s band audience, especially considering all the hate comments on her recent features
I’m sorry but I just can’t get behind her live vocals on this track. Definitely still good but she sounds like she’s pushing her voice too far, with some more vocal training in her screams I think she’d be amazing. I just hope she doesn’t injure her vocal chords too early

Yeah I thought the Sick New World performance was a bad one off but maybe she just can’t do it live. Not the worst but it borderline sounds like it would be painful
She's a studio artist. Never should have hit the stage knowing she has no technique whatsoever. I feel bad for the guys in Knocked Loose now having to carry this bullshit around behind them.
