She is 'nick'named, "La Diamante" (the Diamond) for her natural brilliance and dazzling cuts on the pitch. Born here and is half Argentine, she is a citizen of both Argentina and the United States. That means possibilities (superposition in quantum physics). This 7 minute movie-short follows a handful of her trainings and game play highlights for the past season (7/1/2023-6/30/2024) with both her club team and her Cal South ODP team. It includes plenty of ball-mastery skills, her ability to create opportunities, her attacking-finishing adroitness, and her defensive proficiency on the press. There are points in the elite level trainings, where there were no cameras so we only had some cell-phone footage taken sparingly in those days and weeks. The original version was 33 minutes long of just highlights. After a few weeks we were able to get it down to just under 11 minutes. This is the coaches version and we got down to a mere 7 minutes and it goes by swiftly. This video contains a cinematic music score, so please mute if you do not want sound. We are also working on a reality vlog-podcast series called "PLAYMAKER™" featuring Nicky. It is in the works as we speak. More to come soon so stay tuned! She will be playing in the youth club soccer World Cup next month in Gothenburg, Sweden. We all wish her and her team the best.

"The Diamond". Her Dad gave her the nickname. A diamond is the hardest naturally occurring substance on our planet. It is transparent and strong/tough enough to cut through steel with skill, accuracy, and precision ... yet it is shimmery and dazzling to the eye with a multifaceted display of brilliance and finesse as it entangles light's agility and speed in a seemingly superposition. It's the vivid dancing light arrays of intense ubiquitous illuminescent harmonies that move you and are sometimes "larger than life" even mesmerizing you. Which is why they are so beautiful. Much like watching the player in action play the beautiful game.
