- On October 25, 2015, NAfME (National Association for Music Education) held the opening night concert to their 2015 National In-Service Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. The 2009 International Barbershop Quartet Champions, Crossroads, were asked to perform in front the packed house of music educators. During their 25 minutes, they performed Country Dances, their American folk song medley, and it earned them a standing ovation... mid-set.
In short, they blew about 1,000 non-barbershop minds that night with the little ditty you're seeing here.

Yes, folks... that was LIVE.
This piece is called Country Dances. It's a really interesting and Crossroads does a fantastic job!
These men are a miracle to music!
I'd bough this song on iTunes, but I'd always doubted that they'd ever do it live. I was ecstatically wrong!
This Derrick Johnson - Voices of Liberty retranscribed for quartet...nice!
So much fun. Precision timing and vocals. Pure entertainment!
Representing, in the best possible fashion. Bravo! (And thanks, guys.)
Holy Crap! That was tempo-de-tear ass.
They remind me of the Kings Singers. Great job! :)
I remember being there, such a wonderful experience!
I think this is originally by the Swingle Singers, but it works great in a Barbershop!
does anyone have the sheet music? Not so I can learn it, just so I can see how otherworldy this arrangement is visually XD
Holy mackerel
