i was on the same boat as you with my skin!! i ended up going to the derm and they prescribed me spironolactone. it's worked wonders for me! i haven't seen any side effect other than clear skin, but every body is different :)

Girl try to put your skincare products on a wet skin, it made a lot of difference to me, and also i used 2 serums before ( one at day and one at night ) and they gave me so many acne so i stopped using them and my skin got so much better 🫂
