I was addicted to social media but somehow I managed to overcome that but now I have another problem, I am addicted to comic books and novels, the main issue is when I was wasting my time on social media I knew this fact that it is useless, I was aware of how unworthy it is and so my brain got out of that loop, but for comics it's different, even though I know now that I am wasting my time again actually I started reading comics with a purpose of improving my English and learning the art of drawing and writing also emotionally getting connected to characters but now it has become very problematic for me to leave it, I constantly find myself continuously scrolling on comics just like on reels and it is even more dangerous when I am reading any type of toxic or negative story because then I also start behaving like the characters in the story, then if any of the story is incomplete specially on a very critical part, I will get so irritated that it affects my current time with my family and myself, I can't find the courage to delete all of them because they are nonstop that means every single day few comics are updated leaving me on the same spot again and again and I find it difficult to stop it myself, I tried to delete it by myself but I just bring all of them back and then delete them again and it will continue like this, I improved a bit that I am aware of how each time is passing on this addiction but some part of brain is strongly denying to leave this trash, 😮‍💨 I am just gonna throw my phone someday out of frustration
