That isn't a Bollywood movie, only the Hindi movies are considered under Bollywood, that's a Tamil movie so it comes under Kollywood... The Indian cenima industries are segmented by languages, Telugu cenima (Movie: Arjun Reddy) is known as Tollywood, Kannada cenima (Movie: KGF) is known as Sandalwood and Punjabi cenima (Movie: Sajjan Singh Rangroot) is known as Pollywood. I hope this would be helpful.

Their only original footage from bollywood movie is the masked hero Krrish. There are so many languages in India and most regions have their own filmindustry. Bollywood is the biggest of them all. If you think bollywood is all about sudden dancing/singing and illogical fights you are very wrong. They make realistic movies, biopics, patriotic movies, thrillers and all the genres you can think of. I dont watch much bollywood myself, but I learned few things following reaction channels

They literally just got started doing these kind of films, it's just where they started, I'm sure if people like it they will do more modern films.
They showed films from like 2010. There are already more modern films and not to mention their total disregard for what qualifies as Bollywood and what doesn't. 2 out of those 3 films weren't even Bollywood.

Films made or produced by production team who are actually situated in Mumbai is considered as Bollywood.South Indians films are not called Bollywood cause their production team including actors(not necessarily) ,and other film making team belongs to Tamil Nadu part which they called Tollywood.And for kerela part its Kannad film industry.For Bihar Parts its Bhojiwood which is most lamest and creepiest industry of all.

Why are some of these not considered Bollywood? Genuine question, I know nothing about Bollywood movies. Also, that getting out of the car scene, didn't Bruce Willis do this in one of his movies?
Bollywood is the Hindi language Indian movies based in Bombay(now known as Mumbai). But there are many different regional movie industries within India like Tamil cinema, Telugu cinema, Bengali cinema etc. Bollywood or the Hindi cinema is the most recognised one.
Bollywood movies are made in Hindi (one of the main languages spoken in India). Teluga (Tollywood) movies are made in the Teluga language. Some regions in India have their own specific language and a movie industrie that caters to people who speak that language.
