I totally agree with the defense for if someone is trying to play in highschool. If you are short or cant jump very high, focus hard on defense and receive. Most teams look for height and athleticism so its very hard to stand out but if you're able to shut down swingers constantly, you'll go very far. But you have to be very shifty as a libero or a DS for you to be effective at higher levels!

I played volleyball for the first time about a year ago with a friend. We just passed it over a net at a beach court by his house. But ever since I wanted to get more into it. Does anyone know what a place like he is playing at is called? Like how would I look up to see if there is something similar in my area? Or is it like an official league?
Bigger cities should have rec centres or schools that hold drop in! Before we started playing here there were organized leagues but we played across the city

I wish I did! Maybe in the future. Originally when I made my first video before talking to them, I mistook the code for one you could get when signing up for their Team Wade.
