Proposed patio in the back is a bad idea. That space should be used for parking. Plus a restaurant/pub is going to need space for waste disposal and such.
A patio could be put in the front, which is better for people watching. Just like outdoor dinning in Boston - it's out front, not stuck in the back. There is plenty of space and the tables would not be directly against the sidewalk and street.
Maybe down the road, a roof deck for outdoor events/parties?
Yes. Good points. I think the apron out front is at a slant. I thought they would do something out front as well! I see the advantage there! You had me at roof deck!
@@Jayhiptour There is a slant, Easily fixed by a wood deck that evens it out. Some tables - umbrellas or a shade sail and it would really add to the downtown's curb appeal.
