We may approve or disapprove, and no, it is not very adult, but not everyone grows up the way it should. That is sad and often even cause for very sad crimes. Sometimes it is nurture, sometimes nature. Whatever it is, the world would be a much better place if people would stick to brush in front of their own porch and tidy up their own backyard.
