Cyan I can relate with you, I was in the same situation not so long ago. Right now I'm working on my trust issues and showing more emotions. Being emotionless is so hard ,overwhelming, depressing and definitely weird. 😪 So Cyan on that one you are not alone. Definitely on the last part we are on the same boat.
My gosh I thought I was the only one who's become emotionless... Like it's really weird, don't even know how I got here. Really struggling to show any emotions outside of happiness n anger
@@sinom5265 Run back to God. The way I am overcoming this interpersonal Pandemic is by praying, reading the word and going to church oh yes and fasting. Work on your relationship with God, I almost lost life because this emotionless thing did affect my mental health so it was getting deeper and deeper by the day. So I had to do something about spiritual well being, so dear I advise you go to church, pray for deliverance. You will feel lighter but at the same time change your mindset ( focus on God , Goals , Growth and getting that positive Glow). All is well dear. Slowly but surely , we will get there.
