Ma and Pa are mellow and get you started (the a sounds more like the basic uh-sound) , and La gets you more high pitched and nasally while Ha makes your throat warm up.

I agree that in order to learn you need everyday practice, but it is perfectly fine if you try to sing along to your fav songs everyday. That is fun and helpfull.
ps. just try not to expect too much for yourself, as singing isnt easy. If it was it wouldnt be as much fun.

+Shirel Anderson Use our exercises to build vocal strength. And then spend lots of time listening and singing along with your favourite artists so you start to get a good stylistic workout too! Having a strong voice is one thing, but using it stylistically is something else!
Hello Anna and Mark. Just want to let you know how much louder (and stronger, which goes without saying, I know) my voice has become without even trying. Like the Vibrato, it creeps up on you (hope I'm correct!). Sometimes I have to try and tone it down. Can't believe the changes in my practices and singing. I've downloaded dozens of karaokes now so I can sing to music. Of course if Mark provides any more accompaniments, I will be there! Just one thing is suffering - the housework! Not that bad really! But singing is CERTAINLY much more enjoyable but unfortunately the former is necessary! Kindest regards. xx

It is an awesome exclusive guide for learning how to achieve a passable feminine voice in the next 30 Days without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my good mate called Gray at last got great success with it.
Hi, I have done 30 minutes practice this morning and (naughty....) didn't finish with the warm down today, but used this 5 minute programme instead only because I didn't want to overdo it. Anna, you asked for favourite songs. I have many (!) and have used your "I Dreamed a Dream video" several times. Also then, Mark, I used your piano accompaniment to sing this song. It was SUCH a pleasure to do. So, re fave songs, whether you mean to given instruction as in I Dreamed a Dream, I would very much love to learn how to sing "I'd be surprisingly good for you" in the best possible way. Shame on me - I've just realised that Nya is very good for working the cheekbones as well as the obvious. I do facial exercises every day and so I have two in one here! Double whammy!

I mainly like to sing rock songs. Black velvet by Alana miles and zombie by the cranberries.. could you do a video on singing rock songs? because im female alot of the rock singers i listen to are all males and trying to sing the song without making it sound completely different isn't always easy haha. love your videos. ill be using this one daily x

Wow, THIS is sooooo delightful, its soooo natural because isn't this what a brand new baby starts uttering, what could be more suitable for singing?
I love it....I teach; in addition to leading small groups for singing, (rounds, fun songs etc) I could use this to warm up people for my Laughter Yoga class...I'm sure it would start off getting them to laugh, and after all ONE NEEDS A DAILY LAUGHTER-TIVE TO CURE ONE'S HUMOROIDS...HAH HAH HAH HAH HAH...ma ma ma ma ma...pa pa pa pa pa...lah lah lah lah lah...

When you breath in through the nose do you want your stomach expanding when you do so?
yes it means you dont breathe in your chest which makes your larynx tight and doesnt produce a good sound
also tighten your core as you sing- let go of your stomach to let air in but dont force breath in
