- Hi, My name is Dianne, and I'm 75 years old and dancing my way to age 76 and beyond, Lord willing. I do regular layman dancing and some fun ones with my Granddaughter, Kayla, to make people smile or laugh. When you find it hard to exercise or travel to a class, this is a great way to get some exercise and have some fun doing it. Stay healthy and happy!
And for those who have commented they are confined or limited in what they can do, let's dance in a chair and have some fun! You can come back and dance anytime with the songs you like.

I danced several dances with a total stranger at a Blues festival. She was in a wheelchair. We had a great time. It's amazing how one can choreograph with another when you let the music move you. I believe we both had ear wax in the corners of mouth from those ear to ear smiles. That was 30 years ago. If you're seeing this, I'm glad we didn't miss the dance. Thanks! I have others I have done. I'm trying to produce a variety of songs to choose from because if I want to do some chair dancing for exercise, I would like it to be to a song I like. This one was done for a lady who is in a wheelchair and loves the song Cry To Me.
