The idea is is that when you allow yourself to let the higher self pick up that slack by doing the job it was designed to do, your load will be lightened, you will be energised, you will be enlightened, you will feel freeer,
You will feel like you have more energy than you ever imagined possible.
You will be able to move in the the direction the higher self is suggesting because you will then not be weighed down by things that you don't have any business carrying with you and it will make you feel free.

The best way I undertstand this is thinking of the Higher Self/mind as the programmer. The physical mind is the CPU that is tasked with only executing the program and bringing it into the physical world.

There is still one piece in Bashar's logic that I don't get even after quite a long time: Physical mind is a construct derived from the higher mind. Not autonomous. Higher mind is the boss, not the physical mind. So why the hell should physical mind be instructed what to do when in fact it is just an illusion (an effect) of the higher mind. It is like instructing the car instead of instructing the driver. The car has no responsibility, the driver has it. I love Bashar's teachings but this piece of logic gives me an impression of higher mind playing tricks on itself and in fact abusing the idea of physical mind to perpetuate the trick. Physical mind is a mirror and there is no point in teaching the mirror. I am sorry Bashar but in my eyes I am an insane higher mind pretending to have a low frequency brother while in fact all low frequency (physical mind, individual personality construct) consists of me and me only (higher mind). If this is the truth then the only solution is the higher mind realizing it abuses itself through the idea of physical mind. Physical mind has no real say in this game, no tool really has. Maybe one day I get to discuss this directly with Bashar or someone like him. As for now my opinion in this is that all s*it goes from up to down and not opposite...There is no true separation in anything and the separated mind (physical self construct) did not invent itself. It' s not the boss in this game and is not even designed to have such a power. If a design does not work the designer should act. So why do I (the designer) play the game that I am a design? Why the true agent of separation (higher self) asks its own product (separation) to do the job of unification when it keeps saying (as Bashar does here) that the lower mind has no such power? My position on this is that as long as the higher mind keeps being insane enough to conjure up the idea of the lower self being an autonomous entity there is no remedy for the lower mind other than the higher mind ceasing this insanity. To discard the idea of physical mind completely and to realize there is a higher mind and the higher mind only. Physical mind is a mechanical aspect and I am an insane nonphysical mind pretending to be its own mirror image. Completely insane.
The higher self is the divine part of the human being. The physical consciousness is meant to have its experiences in the physical world. These experiences are absorbed and stored by the higher self, the divine part, in order to give this experience to the creator as a spiritual being. In this way, the creator as a spiritual being learns to experience what it is like to live in the physical world.
@@frankanda9683 It is all such a shadowplay. It is this constant attempt from the timeless (infinite) existence to fullfill the experience of time (finity) that drives me mad. Higher mind tries to live itself as an experiene of a man (speaking about my actual position). To live this experience it separates itself into man and woman, into me and the world (you name it). Thus as a whole it cannot fully experience itself in its natural bliss, only in the self imposed projection of pain, separation and not having. The whole point of the insanity is the denial of pain created in such a state. In order to fully experience the Self in physical life means to embrace all its pain and destruction (separation). But what is destroyed is not there. Cannot be experienced. Separation does not exist. Death cannot be experienced. It does not exist. And thus this illusion, this self imposed effort to create finity (process) is infinite. Experiencing what IS through what is NOT. An illusion of intelligeNT. Illusion of consciousness, illusion of a reflection in reflectionless (horizontless) One. While in fact...a pure insanity of eternal waiting for a feedback. Existence is not intelligent. It just IS. Attributeless. One. Existence is the intelligenCE to itself (self synchronous, all-that-is, holos). Not necessarilly intelligeNT. Can be asynchronous as well... But the very asynchronicity of the illusion gives me the only hope that the holographic insanity will end (at least 'for a while') as the synchronicity (quantum immortality, holographic synchronicity) is the primary level. In other words: I don' t have to do anything to feel better. It will happen anyway. Mechanical innevitability. The same innevitability that makes the intelligence reflect insanity to complete itself. Infinite game of potential. A game of "what is not" in "what is". - - = + and 0°=1 mathematically speaking :) It is our potential to feel good as well as to feel bad. The potential of feeling good can be "not fullfilled" but fundamentally IS. The potential of feeling bad IS as well but cannot be fullfilled. Inexistence does not exist. Embracing the "does not exist" is the challenge. Empty space (physical mind) is a compression and not a space at all. Nonphysical compresses to experience. Compression (experience) automatically rarefies into nonphysical. Experience is not intelligent. Intelligence creates experience by being. In my eyes the physical mind is just the nonphysical mind retarded into a belief system (self compression), into mechanical (self resisting) behaviour, into a confusion of self imposed limits. Wholenessness cannot be experienced through a separative filter but that also means that embracing the separation (to embrace life) is actually the only way anyway...
I think Eckhart and Mooji explain it better.. physical mind is our 'ego' which has been conditioned throughout our life (usually starting from school but earlier depending on childhood) .. the conditioned mind is used to having constant attention, often negative or unhelpful.. the more we learn to 'observe' this from the higher mind (our true self), the more we can detach from it.. it always seems to need attention. The world has too much going on for us from the day we're born.. too much influence, expectation, stimulation, trauma, busy, busy, busy etc.. that's the root of the problem. Oh.. and of course past life thrown into the mix 😅

And my actual (nonlocal) presence (now) as confused Tomas is a kinda proof to me that no matter what all identities of me have done to achieve clarity this achievement, this self-awareness is never lasting too long as all the confusion takes more time than clarity. There is no point in achieving ascencion as such. You will kick your immortal self down again anyway as in the extasy body state you see it as much more fun than just staying. There is no goal. To really ascend is to love physicality undonditionally and not to try to overcome the idea of death. To unconditionally love that which is not. Only then you can be in unconditional love with that which is. Resistanceless. But resistance is fun. Life is fun. Extasy is resistance. Extasy is fun. Confusion is as eternal as self-awareness itself. Resistanceless relationship? Clarity of extasy and confusion of it. I can trully only know that I am and that I don´t know. That´s all I will ever know as there is no real "will be" the same way there is no real "was". I can only know as far as I am. I can be more than I know. How does manifestation work then when we take the content of this video into consideration?
@ReggieWilson-wh3tn. Your desires are available to you now. Anything you can imagine already exists in this single Now moment. You are manifesting every minute, or else you would not be able to have a physical experience. Everything in your life, you have manifested, consciously or unconsciously. Since it all exists now, in order to experience it, you must be of the vibration that that version of you already has it, in order for it to show up in your life. You allow it to be shown to you, that it is already here. By Trust/Faith, knowing that your higher mind, already knows what you desrie. If you do not have it, it is your beliefs that are keeping it away. You must believe it, to see it. And more importantly know that you have it, if it is relevant for what your theme is.
@@VictoriaJ1111 Thank you for responding! I can wrap my head around the idea that everything exists in the one and only moment of creation. But, if my physical mind can’t conceive and only perceives what has already happened, what is the point of “conscious manifestation?” For me, I don’t know what I want anymore. How do I know what is good for me? If the physical mind has no idea and manifesting is already happening then why not let it keep happening and stop interfering? I guess what I’m saying is why set any goals or have any intent if the physical mind can’t conceive and can’t predict or imagine how things are meant to unfold? Whenever I try to set a goal or intention, it turns into pressure and insistence, and one of Bashar’s affirmations is that “insistence is resistance.” So I think for me I need to just let what happens happen and stop trying to manifest because I’m already doing it. Is that more or less what you were saying? I feel like it’s not helpful for me to tell myself “I have to match the vibration of what I want to manifest” when I don’t even know what I want specifically and the idea of me altering my vibration sounds like work and expectation and resistance to the now. It’s like saying reality isn’t already good enough so I have to change my vibration and manifest something else. It puts me in a state of wanting instead of having.
