I didnt notice pain relief at all the first week or so. But over the next week, i noticed i wasnt taking as many pain pills. I was sleeping through the night without waking up from pain and having to take more meds. It wasnt until i RAN OUT that i noticed a MAJOR difference. Once i stopped, my body went nuts and my pain went from a 4 to a 10. I was expecting to notice it right away and when i didn't, i was upset
But keep up with it and see. Hope it helps you. Love and support.

Sonicated has an absorption rate of 85-90%. I recommend nothing less than 500 mg. Everything else is a waste of time and money.

Everything I've read about cbd is that you need to take 1mg to 6mg of cbd per 10lbs of bodyweight to really benefit from it. I'm around 160lbs and I take 40mg-45mg of full spectrum cbd oil 2x a day. I'm two weeks on CBD (1,000MG bottle) oil - Hemp. No THC in this as illegal in Texas. I take my dose at night and the CBD has helped me sleep sounder and reduced my sciatica and arthritis pain greatly! I haven't had to take any NSAIDS or muscle relaxants for the past two weeks...this is major for me. I purchase my CBD oil locally and trust the content of what is being put in the bottle. I have heard bad things about oil being produced in China, so would never buy unless I could find locally. Perhaps you might want to try the 1,000MG bottle? Bulging disc pain here.
So, my experience with CBD oil is that it has had a minimal effect on pain, just as with yourself-- but my sleep has become something entirely different. I'm going through physical therapy to help get things back into motion, but the very same discs actually ruptured in the past, and my flare ups are incredible sometimes.
Anyhow, I just wanted to out my two cents in from experience-- I use a local brand I had never heard of. In fact, my dad started taking it long before I did and I never thought he would try it, being an army veteran.
It helps him and it is good enough for him. Perhaps you might like to heard about the brand he uses? It is Blue Bird, and they have various strengths available. I use another brand and it helps me sleep, and that's one thing I can say beyond all shadow of doubt that has been a major inprovement.
Good to see someone documenting chronic pain like I do on my blog. Best of luck finding something that works for you!

@@brodhax6148 if you have a 1000mg bottle and it has 30mL, each mL has 1000/30 = 33mg. It takes ~20 drops to make an mL, so each drop is about 1.65mg CBD. I don't know how many drops your dropper contains, but now you know how many mg CBD are in each drop. If you take 4 drops, you are getting 6.6mg of CBD. Brian above is suggesting that a dropperful is approximately 20 drops = 33mg.

I'm having my first total knee in 2 weeks, then a second next year. My back is problematic too and I'm worried my shoulders will need to be replaced at some point. Hopefully, you're at a pain clinic. There is a lady who is a physician on YT. She talks about a pain loop your body can get into and how to control this through diet and CBD. I have times when every joint, tendon, and muscle hurts in my body like a pain crisis. Her channel is Natural Health Resources. Please look her up on CZcams. You're going to need to approach this through a medical doctor, diet, and supplements. I just started taking CBD oil about 3 days ago with great results. Everything else has failed. The CBD oil is in a 15mg gel cap by CV Sciences. The next supplement is CuraMed by Terry Naturally. This contains 750mgs of Curcumin. I take the CBD twice daily and the Curcumin before bed. I understand that the insurance companies have their hands tied which is their fault to a degree. The docs should have never let them dictate their treatments but I guess if they want a paycheck they must be compliant. There is no hope or help anywhere and no one cares about people with pain..unless they famous...then they can have anything they want. They above the law. I would go to Switzerland if I could only afford to go. Then I could have my pain controlled but in the USA only the addicts matter and receive the best treatment available. I had a 360 two level spinal fusion in 1997 then in 2003 the doctor found one of the screws in my spinal cord which did a lot of never damage they had to remove all hardware. Also on bone graphs on my left sacrial illact joint was put out and shaved close to the edge. Now I have three more herniated discs above fusion. I am in constant pain and they are cutting me back so much I don't have much of a life anymore. I understand why but there are people like me who need it. It have done the CBD oil to it helps but not all of what I need. I have seen so many of my children's school kids die off them. I really hate seeing them die off the drugs. Most die off illegal street drugs more than pain meds but they do both. I try and council them on their addictions telling them if they ever get hurt badly nothing will stop pain because of abuse. I had to buy a big safe to lock up my meds and valuables my house was broken into to get my medicine. Such bad situation I tried to see if I could handle the pain without pain meds but that was our of the question I could not. just standing puts to much pressure on my S I joint and nerve damage. The pain medication guide lines are hurting people with severe chronic pain. God help us. Come Lord Jesus come.

3 days is not enough for a test. I tried 3 brands sold over the web, all 3 had high reviews, every kind of medical lab purity testing and claimed to all be the very best available. After finishing off each bottle none of them had worked on my chronic pain, anxiety or peripheral neuropathy even when I tripled the dose of the 300mg strength. Only effect was wild dreams. I really wanted to stop taking gabapentin so in a last desperate move I ordered pure industrial hemp flower buds from an online site and farm based in Oregon. HOLY CRAP, this stuff tastes, smells and smokes exactly like high grade skunk weed pot! You absolutely could sell it to potheads who would have no idea it was hemp until they figured out the buzz lasts only 2 minutes. I had not savored that mouth watering flavor in over 30 years. But it is totally legal in all 50 states, having a very low THC content but 17% pure CDB oil by weight. It is sold by the gram, only the lower potency clippings are sold by the ounce or pound. It was shipped in neatly sealed foil lined pouches fast in US mail. I am not shilling for them, try any brand of hemp you find. I found it harsh on the throat from a pipe so I tried eating it, long lasting effect when breaking up a pea sized chunk of a bud into my food twice a day. It completely stops my neuropathy but makes it hard to fall asleep if taken too close to bed time, that's probably just me, a light sleeper.

The one major drawback for Floridians is that to take ANY form of THC, even under a doctors supervision, it would automatically take away my concealed carry permit. After all these years I'm not even sure THC would help anyway. Keep looking. I'm sure you'll hit on something for your pain eventually. Take care buddy.

I don't know Jim. I tried cbd oil for awhile and it didn't touch my pain. So I doubled the recommended dose & it still didn't help the pain. What it did do was cause me to flunk my monthly drug test, oops. Fortunately I told my dr. beforehand so she let me slide with a warning. Weed is illegal in NC. Then I tried different strains of Kratom-no pain releif. I honestly believe that it depends on your pain level & the source of the pain. Sadly, nothing helps but the dreaded opioids. My most recent trial is Protandim, a natural product. I'm on my 7th week. My shoulder pain is gone and my knees feel much better too. The back, hip and leg pain is starting to improve slightly but those are the major source of misery. Good to see you making more videos!😊

1 fl oz (US) is nearly 30ml and 300mg in 30ml of carrier oil is very weak indeed. As an example I am busy setting up a company here in Spain and will be selling 1000mg pure CBD in 10ml bottle so each 1/2 ml pipette will deliver a dose of 50mg of pure CBD. In fact I recommend half that dose for 40 doses per 10ml bottle. Best of luck but do the numbers and try to get yourself to about 50mg if you can afford it ( I know it is quite expensive in the states). I may look at shipping mine internationally if it is viable. When I started taking CBD in November 2018, I did not have a pain problem. But after three days of taking four to five, half-droppers a day of 550mg, I found that I had more strength and greater endurance in my daily, 1/2-mile swim in the North Atlantic than I had before.
Since I first heard about CBD oil, I had been curious as to whether it masked pain or got at the root cause. I suspect it gets to, or can get to, the root cause. For instance, did a person who had a recent injury that should cause pain either have less or none? If either, it could be because CBD helps to build collagen, the connective tissue needed for the strength and flexibility of bones and muscle. With both operating properly, could there be less pain in a traumatic experience of any degree? The answer could very well be, yes.
For instance, a few months ago I was disembarking from a van when the driver began to pull out when I still had one foot in the van and the other not yet on the ground. Consequently, when one foot touched the ground I began to be dragged and got thrown to the ground as the van pulled away resulting in a full-body slam.
I am 77 years old. An accident like that should break several bones, at least a hip. None. My head having been slammed against the ground, and getting a three-inch gash, should have had a concussion; a c-scan at the hospital showed none. I should have had aches and pains throughout my body, either immediately or shortly after. None.
So with this incident, it seems that a high-quality CBD oil gets to the root problem so much so as to minimize injury by having well-made muscles and bones, thus preventing injury and pain.
You might want to try a brand that is CO2 extracted. Such a system does not use toxic chemicals and since it is cold-processed it retains most of the benefits of the plant. To one-up this, buy a brand that is nano-enhanced, this makes a CBD oil 100% bioavailable, which means your cells can use all that you buy. From what I understand, nano-enhancement makes molecules very, very teeny. For instance, 2000 nanodiamonds fit into the breadth of a human hair.
I use GreenMystic out of Tipton, KS because of these processes. Most CBD oils are chemically extracted and have a bioavailability of 5% to 35%. So you get more bang for the buck using an oil that is CO2 and nano-enhanced. There may be other companies that process hemp the same way, but I have not found them. Buy what you want, where you want, it makes no never-mind to me. I have no dog in the fight.

I am currently dealing with the Neuralgia from having shingles recently. The pain is severe and debilitating for me. Keeling over in agony is a bit too much and nothing like I've ever had before. If you've had shingles you understand, if you have not had shingles and are over 50 go get the vaccine, you do not want this pain. but I digress, I have been prescribed the obligatory meds...extra meds, TylenoI xtra, Advil, I've had to resort to going back to cannabis, its been many years, since I last smoked anything. I've third a few different strains of cannabis trying to alleviate whatever pain I have and the only thing I can say is it did allow me the ability to sleep for a few hours before waking up with another round of sever pain. I am going o try CBD oil and hopefully it works as well s many have been saying it works. Although I wonder how the Oil will help with nerve damage.
The guidelines I've researched is thus
CBD Oil, cold extract, zero THC, No additives.
here is a clip from someone who explains how to use it and how much to use. It is good to have a starting point.

Let me know if it got better , I’ve tried 4 brands of cbd oil for my back pain and inflammation , and did not see any results from them , I’ve been scrolling through CZcams and have yet to see a brand that people recommend or swear by , I’m starting to believe most cbd products sold are snake oil

Yeah, I've been taking the CBD Oil for 2 months now and I don't think it's doing much.
