- UPDATED INFO!!! We found almost no info for doing a Gwagon headlight conversion so we made our own video. Hope this helps.
We had to add this harness a few days after since the G was expecting old fashioned lighting and they started to flicker/function intermittently. Depending on the year you will need this part or similar depending on your factory harness. Feel free to email me with any questions about the install.

How did you get the headlight retaining bezel to fit tight over the headlight?? I bought all the same parts, but mine is a little loose inside the bezel. I feel like it needs some sort of gasket or rubber trim to keep the headlight from moving. Thanks for the install guide. I feel like I have it 90% complete
We used some weather stripping from Amazon around rear of the lights as shown scribbled in yellow in a quick image at 19:16 of the video. Here is the stuff we used, it worked perfect! zero movement once added. a.co/d/hoqPlq3

No error lights on the dash ? I bought a set on Amazon from another company (wanted color halos) but due to the fact that it does not connect to the DRL or blinker it was throwing error codes
@@getitshawty1213 so we added the Adapters (link listed in description above ) wich kept it from flickering. As far as errors for missing wires…. Post a link of the lights you bought and we will try and help, Faucheaux !
depending, you may be able to install resistors to negate the light
Which anti flicker one did you use and is there one on Amazon. On extreme terrain there’s JK, TJ, ETC

I have a 2005 I just picked up. I’m looking to add wheels that come out flush with the fenders but I’m looking to find the right width and offset I need for it to happen

I had 24" on mine, however it was heavy ,rubbed and took the agility the car had. Now I am back to 18"

Not sure. We used a bunch of leftover wrangler parts we had laying around. As long as the adapter lines up properly you should be OK.

Also just to clarify when you first identified the green wire going to your blinker did you splice it for the headlight to have it’s blinking option upgrade while allowing the original blinker to work? I didn’t see that part but assumed and wanted to clarify.

Every application is slightly different, this is what worked for us
I did the same conversation exactly, but I am having issues with the high beam. It is malfunctioning when I am switching from law beam to high beam. Do you have the same issue?

@@faucheauxmoto125 yes bud. Thanks for reaching out. I did exactly the same installation (same car same parts). When I go to high beam when I fist start the car I works well. However, after few good months, when I again switch to high beam, it blinks once and then does not stay on high beam. Low beam however works great. Any ideas why does it happen/how it can be solved? Did you had the same issue? Much appreciated!

With that bracket mounted like that I don't see any way to adjust the beam, am I missing something?
Thanks for watching. We didn’t feel the need to adjust anything in this application. The headlights and high beams seemed to line up just right. You can choose to use a different bracket if you need to adjust. We were just working with what we had available. Did not the dash show an error with your front lamps when u turned on hi beam?
This is on my friend’s vehicle, he gets a “low beam” malfunction BUT all of the lights work properly and do not flicker.
I have the same problem. It is malfunctioning too. Did you ended up resolving it?

I always wanted to install cool lights on my 06 G500 . The only issue was the bezel , I had hard time installing it according to your instructions, then I did my own way and it worked.
