I absolutely LOVE this insight on a part of African culture!!! 💪🏾♥️🖤💚💛🇬🇭🔥 The footage brings many questions to mind :::: 1) Does the festival happen every year, and if so when???…..2) Is Fante the predominant language in Winneba??? My final question does not come with any disrespect, condemnation or judgement; purely a desire to learn ::::: Why do some of the festival men dress like women???

1. The festival happens every year, during the first week in the month of May.
2. The people of Winneba Speak Effutu and Fante.
3. Lol... Most people do that for comedic reasons, there's no real reason behind it.
