Because Raquel, Schwartz, Sandoval hated Katie and they wanted to get back at her.
Raquel was jealous of James/Ally and wanted to get back at him.

Well I agree he isn't the one to judge. But not because of getting together with a new person. As far as we know he broke up with Raquel before so it's a different situation from her cheating. Therefore in that regard I'd say he can judge

If u feel like James was horrible to Raquel then Raquel should strike back at James directly..meddle in his relationship rather. Not hurt people that have done nothing but be kind to you.
