I looked a long time for mine. I ended up buying one at auction that was nearly gone. I rebuild the iron and made a complete new box for it. They are a fascinating bit of equipment. A motor is a nice touch. If I ever get the chance I want to pick up one of the hit and miss engines to power it.
The bigger wheel is a flywheel to provide the torque. There is a small belt that drives a fan to blow away the silks and chaff. I have been using a seal from a 5 gallon bucket lid for a belt.

Nice machine! haven't grown popcorn in a good long time. We've thought about trying it again. Any pointers?
Do you have any problem with it knicking the kernels and causing them not to pop?
nice video. Thanks. Nice paint job, too.
