you can actually find him playing a character in a fan-made Star Trek production on the Earth Romulan War :) (his character hasn't said anything particularly funny but it's a fictitious documentary type thing on the war so probably bound to be kind of on the dry side)

My brother's wife went on a diet, so now he's on a diet. Well in self-defense he had to do something. He went to their bathroom scale and began turning the calibration knob back so it was going down daily. After a week she had 'lost' over 5 pounds so she began fixing real food again. A couple of weeks later she saw that before she stood on the scale she was a minus 10 pounds. Needless to say, she was not the least bit amused.

Pretend you're ME,... a Pancreatic Patient, whose pancreas is literally consuming my pancreas,.... with a pain where you are FORCED into GRAZING,... (eating very little, & all throughout the day, because eating causes PAIN)!!!
You get used to it and it becomes YOUR DIETARY LIFESTYLE, and you automatically lose weight, are healthier, and feel so much better being a healthier weight, and NOT EVER FEELING BLOATED FROM OVER-EATING!!!
No spicy stuff, no alcohol except for the occasional glass of vino, lay off the butter and add yogurt parfaits (fruit and granola-topped yogurt in a cup), lay off red meat and DEF NEVER EAT PORK!!! Also,... eat refreshing salads... IN FACT, Fruits & Veggies aren't only fab for the figure,... THEY TASTE GRRRREAT & your body CRAVES the vitamins that these yummies pack within!!!! An APPLE a DAY truly does keep the doc away,... (no joke)... and eat those peels.... as thats where the most nutritious part is found!!! Just know to stay away from the fried stuff (other than the occasional couple of super yummy pieces of Fried Zucchini or a few really Super Fat BAKED Steak Fries...)
AND HEY,...Once you get broke in (only a coupke days),...
then you'll actually truly appreciate what you've so easily accomplished for yourself,... AND so will your body (esp your pancreas ha)!
