Bernadette was in the wrong, she was operating off emotion., and trying to apply female "logic" to the male mind. Does NOT work that way. Then she brings up him hanging out with the guys all the time and it being fine, and she doesn't realize that's not comparable. Men can be around men for a long time and get along, men and women can't. Men and women are different. Bros hang out a lot because they are enjoying life and there is no drama, they aren't in a relationship with them. They aren't with them because of some societal or legal obligation like marriage. Women just always have to be included, they can't handle guys wanting to be away from them for awhile. This is why the old days of mens only clubs went away, women forced their way in so they could maintain their constant attention, while driving men crazy. I think if you’re in a relationship with anyone out of “obligation” then obviously that won’t be as fun as just hanging out with friends. Sounds like you just don’t want to be around women and have a lot of misogynistic views. Applying gender to this topic is ridiculous, many women want to spend time away from their partners as well.
