We are extremely disappointed with the inadequate response from CenterPoint. It's important to clarify that our dissatisfaction is not directed at the hardworking employees in the field who are doing their best to address the situation. Rather, it is concerning the decision-makers whose lack of concern is evident. It's crucial to emphasize that decisions made during these critical events have real consequences, and when lives are lost due to these decisions, those responsible should be held accountable both criminally and civilly.
@@1SFOD I CAN IMAGINE
Red states are the worst.
You would never have this problem if Trump were in office and he would be there on the ground.
They keep sending emails with their bs outage tracker that I will be restored then I am not. They just sent email prepare to have no power for DAY LONGER. By time 530 hits with the humidity and heat you can't even breathe in the house
When the derecho hit here I was without power for six days in my area Bunker Hill. We couldn’t get through to center point and when we did they couldn’t offer any ideas as to when power would be restored.
I was without power for nearly 7 days in the big modern city of dallas from the 80-90mph windstorm that hit at the end of May. It will make you cry after just a few days.
No power
No water
No food
😕😕
@@mopthermopther natural disasters are likely along the gulf coast. Must be prepared to live here.
No leadership, the all went on vacations.
Centerpoint is not offering overnight shifts. They are doing the bear minimum so save money. Anyone that has centerpoint as a provider CHANGE ASAP!!!
You make me so glad I live in NE. We are having a mild version of a heat wave hear and I am melting! In the winter, as long as you have a fireplace or a woodstove you can survive a power outage. There is no escape from the heat without electricity.
Fully agree
So so heartbreaking😢
Didn’t see and power line down around Sugar Land, where are repair crews, where is electricity 😭
I understand Centerpoint will take time to fix things but they cant give anyone a straight answer on repairs. I was sent an email my power would be restored monday, then Tuesday, and now we dont know may be several days. Had they said that from the beginning i could have gone out of town to stay with family rather than suffer for nothing
Where is Abbott??? VACATIONING???
What about big mouth Ted?
SHAME!! please don’t said anything!!😡😡😡
They in North Dakota far from the storm
@@TexasTough. Abbot is in Europe and Ted is in California.
Still no electricity in matagorda tx
Predator 9000 brand new in box... located in Lufkin.
I feel for you I live in fla we could be next😮 losing elec .but food and then house and then heat is awful cant they call in close by states to help I don't understand fpl is ours they would come .your government out of state? Somebody needs to do something😢 seriously 😢
We need to go off grid
Poor Houston every year you have at least 2 or 3 major disasters caused by nature lack of kindness. Heat drought then floods, then flash floods add hurricanes from the Gulf smashing beautiful trees. And the aftermath that becomes days, then weeks of waiting for power, ac, food ; I wonder of what metal are made these Houstonites as their beautiful city is under stress as they take patiently their bad luck in good spirit.
Hey let’s bring 10 million more people into our county so we can build more concrete. Manmade caused from development in a desert! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 did you not think this would not happen, corporate GREED

Keep voting red, Texas. You think Abbott or Cruz give a crap about it? How many times will this happen before you learn? Cat 1 lol
They get selected, never elected. You all need to pay bloody attention to Abbots face. He is an elitist, related to Bush or that bloke is cloned. Look at all the tons of people around him. Clones need that!
Still better than democrats cities like Detroit, Baltimore, St. Louis, Memphis, New Orleans, I can go on
I never knew Abbott & Cruz were superheros.

Nope, you guys are one of the worst states for child poverty in the country.
You freaks still locking people in cages for possessing a plant?
