you can do it! i struggled with extreme anxiety for years and years, but i was able to get better. it's not completely gone, but it's to a point where i can live a normal life. i know you can get there too

I was the same way tried the doc but was against meds. After trial and error with different methods i landed on black seed oil which has almost completely erased my anxiety at least the crippling side of it
