- सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने क्रिप्टोकरेंसी पर भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की ओर से लगाये गए प्रतिबंध को बुधवार को हटा दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस आर एफ नरीमन ने आरबीआई के 6 अप्रैल 2018 को जारी सर्कुलर को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए RBI के प्रतिबंध वाले कदम को बेहद सख्त बताया। कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद अब भारत में इंटरनेट और मोबाइल कंपनिया कारोबार में क्रिप्टोकरेसीं का सहारा ले सकेगीं। आरबीआई ने 2018 में एक सर्कुलर जारी कर बैंकों को क्रिप्टोकरेंसी में कारोबार करने पर रोक लगा थी.. जिसके बाद इंटरनेट एंड मोबाइल एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया यानि IAMAI ने रिजर्व बैंक के इस सर्कुलर को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी। असल में IAMAI के सदस्य एक-दूसरे के बीच क्रिप्टोकरेंसी में कारोबार करते हैं.

Why not treat it as a commodity? Even share of a company is treated as a collateral but it's value keeps changing in the stock exchange. The stock/shares are traded as commodity. Bitcoin or cryptocurrency can be treated as commodity. US is sensible.
