I love the Bundt pan for cutting corn. All of the goodness, and less of the mess.
I have cooked with fresh corn a few times & I love it. I’ve made it w/shallots, celery, and cream. I may have to buy a bundt pan now. 🥘♥️

So wild! I was trying to think of some magical way to mix up a few things in my pantry today, and decided on a creamy corn casserole to go with my scallops tonight! Checked to see if my favorite CZcams chef (you!) had done anything similar, and it turns out it's the same exact day you posted this! Getting ready to dive into my dinner now!

I have made many risotto recipes but never with corn. I usuaiiy use a cup or more of wine in the cook. At this time it is sweet corn harvest where I live. So it will happen. I don't know about the scallops maybe shrimps or fish will work. Love your cook ware and your new studio. Health and Happiness Chuck.

That looks very good Laura, I tried cooking Risotto but it didn’t come out right for me and I tried cooking scollops but I over cooked them because they were a little rubbery.
How long should you cook Scallops on each side before taking it out.
