For the clicker's head... you could use the LOTR 'Mouth of Sauron' head together with the 'Conch' headpiece from the Pirates of the Caribbean Hadras figure.
TLOU is one of my favorite PS exclusives! I hope to see more mocs on part 1 and part 2 from you.

I’m very excited for Part 1. I’ve never played Remastered (even though PlayStation gave it to me for free) but I’m actually excited to play this game as the “definitive version.”
It’s very much an impulse buy because I have no attachment but I see it having the chance to become one of my favorite games and I don’t want to say “why didn’t I play this sooner?” months after release when I buy it on sale.
Just buy the first remaster
Wouldn't be surprised if they retcon the "definitive version" to try and mend the problems with the second game.

I truly loved this creation, but was sad to see that there was no parts-list or instructions available to build it myself. So I made one! I reverse engineered it from your video and created a complete PDF instruction to build it (minus the minifigs as those parts didn't exist in Bricklink Studio, but I have them in the parts-list). I can't post these instructions anywhere though as it is not my own design, so if you or anyone else wants those files then contact me and I'll send then to you (for free of course).
