S1 casts doubt on Alastor's loyalties. So the question is this: is Vox actually a decent guy? And Alastor a villain? A part of me wants it to be yes but I mostly want Alastor to be an antihero.
In my vision, I see Vox as an extremely narcissistic and selfish man who is obsessed with Alastor to the point of insanity. He is extremely impulsive, and when something bad happens to Alastor, he usually behaves like a child, and even gets excited at his failures. Obviously, he is an extremely unpleasant and mentally ill person, I perceive him as a villain. Alastor may be a bad character, but we know too little about him to say anything, because he is very mysterious and does not show his feelings, so there is no definite answer.
