    Amaranth Ladoo:
    Amaranth seeds/Rajgira - 1 cup
    Jaggery - 3/4 cup
    Water - 4 tbsp
    Preparation:
    Add a tbsp of seeds in a heavy bottomed pan.
    Keep the heat in med flame . Seeds start to pop when the pan is hot.
    Right temperature is important.
    Press it with a cloth or use a ladle to mix it to pop it evenly.
    Continue doing it until the whole seeds are done.
    Once all seeds are done,use a sieve to remove the unpopped ones.(unpopped seeds can be grinded and used in any millet flour or wheat flour)
    keep it aside.
    Take jaggery in a pan,add 4 tbsp of water to it.
    Melt it completely and filter it (overcooking jaggery leads to hard ladoos).
    Add it to the seeds and give it quick and good mix.
    Make ladoos when its still warm.
    When it cools down,its difficult to make ladoos.
    Shape it when its warm.
