Blasting fireworks in an isolated area isn’t the same as crashing your plane purposefully near populated areas.
So if you pay for permit then it’s fine!
Yeah and if you dont its ten years in jail what an abortion of justice.
Thats how things work. Like drivers license. Its a permit to drive
That's right, the gov't wants your money all the way up to 10% for the big guy
@@ryanmuir6338 Thats smart!
I imagine part of the permitting process would be proving that you mitigated risk, which obviously wasn't done. Holding fireworks is bad enough. Holding them while leaning out an aircraft isn't great. Shooting them forwards so that you're flying into the debris isn't so great either. And, on and on.
A 50 cal vs an encyclopedia and the 50 won... who would've thunk?
Actually the problem was they tested it first time the bullet was stopped. Instead of getting a new book when they put it on his chest they used the same book not understanding that the compressed material would let the bullet travel through the book it then killed him. How do you plea not guilty when it’s on video?
So just because it’s on video he’s supposed to just plead Guilty?
By pleading Guilty says you admit you committed the crime so the accuser doesn’t have to plead their case in court
By pleading not guilty, the defendant will actually go to trial and force the prosecution to prove beyond a reasonable doubt every part of the offense.
